Had the IS2000s on for a couple weeks now. ZERO squeal which is incredible. Can't comment on the brake dust as my wheels are ceramic coated and I just did the first wash after putting them on so should know in a few weeks how much better they are on that front. But I got these because of the noise and can say with 100% certainty, they are worth every penny if you hate being embarrassed pulling up to a stop sign.
