How far does the detector sit back from the bottom of the review mirror?
I think I have the same mount I transferred over from my M2C, but now it's obstructing the gesture control sensor.
Not a big deal but I wanted to see if it can be adjusted with different brackets. |
It's pretty flush beneath the rear view mirror. Gesture control still works. With the correct mount, you shouldn't lose any other features/functionality.

Haha! Lol, nice dude! I wish I waited a few months… I had just ordered the R7 and the damn R8 came out… I'm sure you'll like it. The mirror tap (along w the blendmount) is a must for clean install. Enjoy!
