Interesting. I guess I've never used it because I have other keys on my key fob that I use.
So does your car unlock when you get close to it and lock automatically when you leave like it does when you have your key fob? |
Unfortunately, no. The next version will. You need to touch the door handle with your phone to unlock and put it in the tray to start the car.
If you still need keys for other parts of your life, it might not be worth it. My house and work don't require keys so not having a car key is very nice.
Version 2 of the digital key will be a game changer. It will work like the fob does.
