Wouldn't make much sense since ditching the rear seats is the easiest thing to do to shed weight.
I calculated that if I remove the rear seat and bench (temporarily), use lightweight wheels, replace the exhaust by a titanium one on my next 6mt M3 it will have pretty much the same weight as my CSL, of course suspension tuning and power won't but just to say that the whole talk in the forums about weight it way overblown, there is more to it.
I had a (supposedly) a spot for a M3CS but either they come later to Canada or my dealer just said that with the CSL and the M3 coming he's had enough haha.
