I'd presume the over engineering would remain very limited. On the MT, you'll probably share drive shafts/(lsd) diff of the AT that is capable to handle 650Nm but you'll want this over dimensioning for the MT torque peaks. For the AWD, there is no more strain to the rear, but seen it can put 100% of the torque on the rear, there is no over engineering here either.
