The Fiona, Fjord, Ivory White, and Tartufo, are considered Individual interior colors (These are also the colors that have the carpeted floor mat piping in interior color.)
So, it looks like they just separated them a little further by not giving you colored door panels on the basic leather colors. All the more reason to just spend the money on full leather.
