Never any markup unless it's a special car like a cs then idk what they do.
As far as wait time if it's not a special order (full individual) most likely 2-3 months. To put into perspective I did a 2022 m5 ordered in August delivery set for early dec., port crashed it had to order another in Jan delivered in April (this was with stop sales for chip shortages and both were pcd). Now my full individual (fully custom 1 of 1 m5) ordered July 7th. Delivered pcd June 1st. (Yes that was 11 months) due to the custom interior color that was never offered in a 5 series.
