What a coincidence. Having test drove a manual g82, I came to a similar conclusion as to the difference between the frs and bmw. The frs feels more raw/gritty, while the g82 6mt felt like I was driving an automatic by comparison. I'm hoping I'll feel more "connected" once I turn off rev matching and lower the windows.

One fleeting thought I had was to keep the frs and mod it for the track, but I know I wouldn't make it out there more than once a year, which I might as well use the m3 for.
