Former ‘13 FRS 6mt and new G80 6mt owner here. I’d say the FRS felt closer to my 997.2 911 gts than the G80 does. More low-slung, quick-on-its-feet sports car sensations. Don’t get me wrong the G80 has great turn-in but the car just feels huge and refined but not as raw. Plus I’d take the subaru shifter over bmw anyday. I’d love to pick up an FRS again and mod it for weekend fun.
