If it's anything like the F8x cars, LCI "#1" for the M3 will give it new tail lights and LCI "#2" for both the M3/M4 may give it new headlights with the hockey stick DRLs like the M5 LCI.

Yeah, not much hope for weight reduction in the LCI, I can’t recall that has ever happened. What we do have instead is more than a hint that the G8X will add a mild hybrid system, that could be an additional 50 lbs or so.
