Yah saw him at a fit expo years ago, dude was next level. Definitely took the mass monster thing a little too far for his own health (I feel), but I’ll always appreciate how honest the dude was about the industry. Simple stuff like telling people to not rely on BS sups (and even his own at times) and just eat good quality food and put in hard work - more people need to hear that
