I did. I even contacted BMW HQ. They were "kind" enough to forward my messages to customer service in BMW Poland. Lately, I reached out to management in Munich again and I was redirected again to customer service here. This time the Head of Technical Service, Customer Care and Warranty replied and informed me that if I'm unhappy with the order I can always cancel.
