In a completely unplanned series of events, I picked up a M3 6MT in individual chalk yesterday, off the lot. Apparently the person that ordered the car had to back out, and it was released the day before. I might have spec'd a more colorful interior, but it has full black leather and is very, very nice inside.
Below are a couple of photos, the color changes character quite a bit depending on sun/angle. I usually prefer the G80 in darker colors, but I thought this one looked amazing. I think if it had been one of the lighter "stock" colors, I would have passed.
Had just picked up my car from service at a different dealer and was running errands in this part of town. I knew they had an IOMG/full kyalami car on the lot, and I wanted to see the interior in person. I walk in and the car in sitting in the showroom.
"this is sold right?"
"nope, just released yesterday"
It went as expected from there. I even won the tire lottery (but lost the m seatbelt version).
