I think it's just that people don't know that if you want a manual transmission, you can't get a comp. If you could, this comment would make sense. It would be a little weird for you to pay extra for an individual color, but not for comp.
In reality, you prioritized a manual transmission over a few more HP. Makes perfect sense to me.
