Look up automotive performance tuning (APTuning) in Lebanon Pa. they specialize in European cars, mainly VAG but seem knowledgeable on bmws too. I went with them as they are an authorized Dinan installer and did a great job with my F90 dinan has kit. They do tuning as well afaik.
