They changed their target audience and left the people who have been a part of it for years, high and dry. This isnt about creating "the ultimate driving machine" or even, a drivers car, this was about making a car that will sell well in Asia and the social media fuccboi crowd
Its kind of like when Porsche came out with the 996, everyone hated the design, as they tried to appeal to more markets.

You're absolutely right. F*ck them for giving me a 480 HP 6MT (in 2020 no less) with aggressive styling, ridiculous CF Bucket seats, loud exhaust, and (presumably) amazing handling.

Weird my '63 Porsche 356B convertible gets significantly more compliments than your oversized, overweight, overpriced, and poorly handling car, ever will.
