OP's car is probably nicest chopped nose car I've seen, I think he has done better than anyone to make it look good. Well done, classy! The wheels work well. The width? Holy cow. My 911 has same width on the rear, but fronts are 235s. This is nuts!
No runflats on M4.

From the 22 M4 G83 press release:
“The new M4 Competition Convertible with xDrive is equipped with forged M light-alloy 19-inch front and 20-inch rear wheels 275/35ZR19 and 285/30ZR20 non-runflat performance tires”
