OP, if you had so much fun on track, why do you say you will not track your car? There are many safe, affordable and fun options from NASA HPDE to car control clinics to autocross. For HPDE there is insurance available if you are worried and it is a safe and fun environment.
A shame to own such a great sports car, and not take to the occasional track day, particularly since you liked the experience.
