Technically none of us have stop-sales, a stop-sale is for delivered inventory and is applied so a car isn't delivered to the end customer. Effectively the hold-up is the same thing as stop-sale something has to happen before the car is delivered. The geniuses may have looked and saw there is no stop-sale. BMW may call this situation something different?
