We're going to be hitting something close to $330K in renos because my wife wanted a mudroom. 
Which necessitated us building another garage so she can change one of the bays of the existing garage into her mudroom. And update both bathrooms and create a third bathroom.
Not complaining though, I'm going to really like having a garage to park in during the winter! No more chipping ice off the windows for this dude...well, at least not in the mornings. When I leave the office I suppose I'll be participating in that ever so fun activity still. |
