Had this happen too. Had a car get hit at work. Guy said he'd pay out of pocket. Once he saw the estimate he changed his mind real fast. It was a brand new car, I don't know what he expected. Needless to say his insurance company was none to happy to find out the accident happened 3-4 days before he reported it. I called my insurance immediately, always do. It's why we pay for insurance.
