along with the other upgrades u're looking at more than the difference msrps for both cars. and u still get less than u get with a base 330i.
its cheaper, more reliable, and clearly more obvious to just get the 330i.

yea but wouldnt u rather pay 399 a month for a 325i than 550 for a 330i?
