Yes, there is a range depending on where you are. We are at $344 (unfortunately).
I think the Heights is where West U was 10-15 years ago. It should continue to improve the surrounding areas and go up in value. Just wish they had better public school options.
High-rise living is fun, for about a year haha. Elevators get old but it is nice being close to a lot of great dining options.
