The bottom price for a G80 M3 xdrive with seat ventilation in July 2021 was 170500. I was about to pull the trigger on that price but i decided to forego it to buy a property instead. I ordered a G80 M3 xdrive with carbon seats and ceramics in April 2022 for 194600 (taking into account 3 price increases by BMW Australia since July 2021) so i believe that is a pretty good deal
