The M8 is a loaner. Last year they loaned him the M5. He made a video where he went to the M Studio and they fully kitted it with carbon fiber goodies. He returned it at the end of summer. This year BMW M CEO Markus Flasch actually handed him the M8 with personalized carbon fiber bits. I think the m8 is either already returned or is in the process of being returned back to BMW. Not sure what BMW is trying to achieve given that his viewers are not necessarily people who can afford $120,000 cars. His viewers are mostly young dreamers who may not even own any car let alone be able to afford BMWs. Others are from poor countries i think they are mesmerized by his extensive supercar collection. He moved his base from London to Germany where he now regularly shoots high speed runs on the Autobhans. Needless to say he has increased his following from 1 million to over 3 million in less than 2 Years. I actually watch him mostly because I did a Euro delivery and i fell in love with Germany so i wanted to see more Germany and he was showing more of it. The car culture, the Autobhans, the Nurbugring. I was actually slated to be one of the last people to do Euro delivery before it was canceled for good, but Coronavirus happened. After months waiting for Americans to be allowed to travel to Germany I finally pulled the plug when it was obvious it wouldn't happen. Iam hoping BMW brings back European Delivery.
