Congrats on your new G80!
Hope you work out the quirks of the manual and enjoy the car even more.
Regarding the 3rd gripe; Lane Keep assist, you better have it checked out.
The steering intervention was the first thing I noticed when bringing home my G82 and a quick setting change turned it off completely.
Your driver assist button/light should light up orange as opposed to green, which means it's turned on.
If all the assists are in fact turned off and it's still doing the same thing, something's not right.
