Yep. Boca guy here. All local dealers played games and wanted markups. When I got Vista to agree to msrp they took my deposit and 7 weeks later finally admitted they had no allocations until late May (this was March).
I got my car from a dealer in NJ, paid MSPR and got a build number immediately. Let me know if you want the contact info it was very painless.
