You're in Texas? Plenty of K band in Texas. Some local municipalities in the Houston area, San Antonio, San Marcos are just a few I can remember. K band mostly reported in the smaller police departments outside of the big cities |
I am in Texas and believe you're right about that. Will turn k-band back on for road trips, but GPS wouldn't do much for me on those. I see the benefits of GPS lockouts on normal local routes, but have k turned off locally so not a big deal for me. I appreciate views can differ on that
