My 2011 335is is one of the last BMWs, IMO, that does not have a numb feeling. It gives you a direct feel of the road. I had it out this weekend for an extended spirited drive and really appreciated how it actually feels and handles. It's very different than my Porsche was (the Porsche felt lighter and nimbler), but very good in its own right.
I can't wait to drive both (335is and G82) back-to-back to compare the feel of each.
