The supply chain is really messed up right now. My allocation was from July and my car was just built this last week. I'm hopeful it will be delivered by the end of November.
I'm not surprised that the dealer does not have an allocation. They seem to be very limited at this point in time and I've seen a lot of threads where they have indicated they expect allocations and nothing ever materializes. A broker might be able to help you lock down a current allocation.
