My technique is LOTS of foam with a foam cannon along with Dr Beasley’s products. I let the foam dwell for quite some time, then follow with a good pressure washing. This helps with getting the paint really clean without having to work a mitt over the paint too much.
My car is 50/50 outside or garaged. I will say, even after being ceramic coated, Frozen paint likes to attract lots of dirt. Thankfully it’s hard to tell on a white car.
