This may be dumb question but if 18 inch wheels provide better handling then why would bmw spec the competition model, which im assuming is made for track purposes, with 19/20 inch wheels? Last question....why is it that the sidewalls for the front tires are bigger than the rears?....275/35/19 and 285/30/20 i think.....my chimp brain thinks its bc of better turn in and bc its a front engine car so most of weight is up front .....more cushion?
