I like my weight between 170-180lbs. The only supplement i take is gnc un-flavored protein powder, that has 21-23 grams of protein per serving.Some days i have 2 shakes, some days just 1. I eat 6-8 times a day, small servings of coarse. I've never used any other supplements. My advice is to learn your body, its too much information out there, and alot of lying going on. I do cardio 5-7 days a week, depending on how much junk food i eat.
