no its exactly like this civic, the whole blue tinted thing that came with hids want intentional im sure, but then all the civics wanted the blue light on their non HIDs to be cool
now you have HIDs w/o the blue effect that illuminate just as good but you want to go and make them blue, that screams rice
theres no reason for it unless you want to be associated with the ricers
