What I can't select for example is automatic parking or automatic reverse (things I never use anyway as my car is not my daily and very much close to a track tool now)
And you're sure it is related to the rear camera? Cannot be the front one or one the mirrors' one?
Will try to clarify. Coding was done after all the work on swapping seats.
The error appeared as soon as we fired the car with the race seat in for the driver and put it in reverse to move it to get enough space to work on the passenger seat / race seat install.
The only thing that was disconnected from the car was the driver seat, there's nothing to plug back. Seat buckles can't be connected anymore (that's why you have to code them out).
About pinching wires, I don't know where that could be possible in the car. The new race seats consoles are dedicated to the G8x, they don't compress anything, etc.
I will try to disconnect the battery of the car but my BMW tech chief friend who made a whole reset by Remote ISTA didn't succeed. Let's give it a try anyway.
I didn't see a lot of guys doing race seats on the G8x platform, at best they swap between Comfort and OEM bucket ones. So this park assist thing is a mystery. As you say it is perhaps normal, that's also why I asked here if anyone encounter the same problem (but didn't tell anyone).
The error in itself is not a problem to drive the car, just to pain to acknowledge it each time you get in the car and has to use reverse. At least you just get the warning once per trip.
Thanks to both of you for this first help answers I also hope my english is as ok and accurate as possible to describe my problem.

im not 100% sure without seeing the data in ista, but afaik BAA in the code generally refers to the rear camera. i don't think the description you have from bimmercode is the correct full description for the code, ista should have more detail, maybe you can ask your friend for the details he saw.
so based on the chain of events you've described, if the issue is in fact related to the seats, anyone should be able to replicate this by simply unplugging their driver's seat connector and then putting the car into reverse? if that's the case i can do it on my car and confirm if i do or do not get the camera code. TBH i am betting it will be not.
