Where did you buy the springs from? Was it reputable? This kit comes with new bumpstops. Regardless of that, the springs don’t look right in terms of vertical coil proximity. Maybe you got some bullshit knockoffs or something. No bumpstops and noise is not a good sign for either your installer or the place you bought the springs from. The fact the installer didn’t stop immediately when they opened the box and read the instructions, which also indicate what should be in the box, speaks volumes for their lack of basic experience. You always check you have all the correct parts before starting an install.
