Edit: you already answered while I was typing. Make sure that your spring is properly seated in that black rubber, spring coil should go all the way to raised rubber notch (sorry idk how to explain properly, hope it is clear)

Thanks it’s a 6mt rwd and the shop has installed these before so I’m not sure if it’s an installation issue. Could OEM bump stop cause this since I did read the manual that if replacing front springs the bump stop will have to be replaced (not the rear).
