I shopped the E92 M3 last year before buying the BW. I had a 335 E92 so I know the platform well. The M3 is stupid expensive right now - if your car is nice and has decent miles, you should get some seriously good coin for it in this market.
That said, it's not the pinnacle of M3. It doesn't have much torque, it's a bit front-heavy with that V8, and it's not as attractive as the E46. It is the last hydraulic steering M3 and the only V8 M3, so it is unique and special in those regards.
To answer your question, yes. Yes I would.
