Why do you care how others choose to pay for their vehicles? I suspect you have not lived through some of the wild economic times some of us have. 80’s economy with double digit interest rates, dot.com crash, 2008 meltdown.
High returns are rarely guaranteed. If some folks have the cash and want to purchase a sports car that way, so be it.
If you want to finance everything to optimize your return, so be it.
