Okay so… I had this dilemma for the entire 2 months I waited for my frozen brilliant white G82. One shop I went to said it won’t match. Depends on the brand of PPF.
I had Suntek Stealth PPF on my front end and it matches perfectly. I’ve never walked up to my car and noticed a change in color/hue. Even under all types of different lighting.
I can’t speak on Xpel Stealth as I didn’t have that installed. I know others say it matches well though. At least on frozen portimao blue.
If you want to be 100% it’s perfect go get Suntek.

1000% get PPF.. I had so much anxiety those first two weeks driving around town without PPF. It wasn’t until after where I really started enjoying the car
