Most of our issues aren't how to get the grommet out, it's that our grommets are either missing (it's completely sealed with no cutouts), or they're these non-removable plastic ones that are sprayfoam sealed from the other side.
That's where you'd need the drill or any more forceful techniques.
It would be dead simple if we all had your grommet setup.
