In my neck of the woods, the car wrongfully parked will just back up all over that nice motorcycle until it's on its side and rotated enough on the rearsets for the SUV to test its all wheel drive capabilities, by running over forks and front fendor.
I've seen many a bike on its side after an angry parallel parking episode.
