Well, I ordered a manual T but then decided $165k OTD was a bit much for a base 911 with some performance bits. Sure I could have cut out my $22k in options, but 20 month wait and overpriced car led me to a manual M3 instead via a comp x drive and a z4 m40.
I like that the T lost because it embodies or signifies everything currently wrong with Porsche. 5 years ago a base manual 911 was $90k. Now it’s $130k plus plus. Not worth it to me.
