so, i got my car back
the standard OS update didn't fix the problem - BMW decided to fix this and provide the update today - i picked up the car in the afternoon...
an wow, the eSIM connected perfectly and everything...
BUT...
the glove box didn't open - i got a little tool symbol and the system said: contact dealer, mechanism for glove box broken...
good i didn't leave the parking lot - they checked, from their diagnosis device it opens perfectly.
so... i'll have to bring the car again once this is fixed...
