I had a Model S in 2017 - was new and full of little issues. I think the car drove really really well though. Enough that we bought a Y in 2020, and a Y Performance in 2022.

My wife primarily drives the Y. The one thing that Tesla got right which no one really talks about is the really quick steering ratio and overall steering feel. Every time in jump in the Y, it makes me wish the M3 had the same steering feel. Also driving a car with such low cog is really nice as well. I tell people, it's the ultimate DD/errand car.
