Thanks that didn’t work - I was at my dealership they couldn’t do it and spent over an hour on phone w genius and she couldn’t do it - she said she opened a support ticket - the guy who creates the ticket spoke broken English at best and said they are having issues with the software upgrade and I shouldn’t expect a resolution- no lie
