There’s a process that has been used countless times on my prior BMW’s and Merc’s. Removing the cabin filter and squirting Nextzett Klima Cleaner while the fan is spinning. The condenser drain will purge it all out assuming it’s not blocked.
You may need to remove glove box etc to get to it. I don’t have my G8X to tear apart.
