Just to get this straight, you cannot have multiple OTS maps and switch between them but you can have a tuner make you a custom map that includes up to 4 tables/maps that you can switch on the fly, so it theroy you could mimic a setupe like this: 1- OEM map 2- CSL map 3- Stage 1 4- Custom Map ?

Unfortunately you are not able to combine BM3 OTS maps and custom maps on a switching file. You need to run all OTS files or all custom files.
From my understanding, custom tuners do not have access to raw BM3 OTS files thus they cannot build a custom switching map with them. At least this is the case with Paul Johnson.
