Yeah exactly I wouldn't go any higher than ET25 and I wouldn't go much lower than ET10 on a winter set. You don't want the wheels to stick too far out and risk rubbing the fender or kick up too much winter road debris onto the side of your car.

I'd stick with 9-9.5" wide. I agree though it's very tough to find affordable wheels with the correct offset for these cars. On previous cars, it was easy to find a cheap "tire rack special" winter set. Now, not so much lol. In addition to what you just posted, here are my other options. Yours are the front runner due to the great offset though.
