Steve has been there for a while and I've bought multiple cars from them. The GM and sale rep took our friendship and the money I spent there for granted so I took my business across the river with my deposit. They wouldn't return my calls and give me a production number. Southside gave me one and followed up with me during the process. |
Don't blame you. I had one bad experience with the southern service department. So I've stayed up north so far.
P.S. GM and leadership was replaced july 1. Didn't seem like it was voluntary. Met one of the new managers. He was incredibly nice and dealership did not seem so tense.
